You can use some cardio videos with less space than you may think, but if you don't at least clear a little room to move around in, you will never attain any of your exercise goals, and that's a crying shame. The beginning of your cardio work-out is truly setting a time, clearing out a space, and psyching your-self up. Don't expect immediate success from using your aerobic videos. It is going to be hard work. But if you keep at it, within a month you will see major changes. Who knows this might be your call to a career in personal training.
